• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

1. Accountable for efficient factory management which includes – administration, production, waste control, quality control, maintenance, HR, store, logistics and distribution management to meet the company production target month by month.

2. Oversee daily factory operations including production, packaging, and dispatch

3. Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time

4. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations

5. Manage factory staff, including supervisors, machine operators, and laborers

6. Plan and coordinate production schedules and workflows

7. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment

8. Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the factory

9. Reduce production waste and improve operational efficiency

10.Maintain inventory control of raw materials and finished goods

11.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control departments

12. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

13. Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.

14. Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to top management.

15.Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by senior management related to factory operations
