• Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali

• Computer skill: MS Office Suite, SAP ERP

Responsibilities:

• Act as a "Finance Business Partner" with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain Management Division.

• Work as a key interface between Finance and the Commercial product teams.

• Analyze yearly Advertisement & Promotion (A&P) budget in details and performance targets for monthly tracking.

• Perform pre-analysis and confirm CM before setting individual target Distribution and Direct sales personnel.

• Perform cost and benefit analysis/scrutinize the variable incentive/commission/other program set for the Direct /Distribution Sales Team to boost up sales.

• Align with product owners the monthly status of each brand's A&P Budget against its targets for the year explain variances and take remedial actions if required.

• Ensure control over imported and local material cost as well as inventory day cycle.

• Prepare periodical financial reports and perform capital budge analysis.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
