• Diploma in Engineering in Food Science & Technology
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science & Technology

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Beverage, Ice Cream, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Mineral Water

• Age 25 to 47 years
• Only Male

1. Ensure overall plant cleaning and hygiene conditions in compliance with GMP guidelines.

2. Ensure personal hygiene practices are maintained according to the company’s hygiene policy.

3. Conduct and monitor IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) activities including process, filling, and packing stages.

4. Ensure proper CIP, SIP, water flushing, and foam cleaning of beverage mixing and filling units as per the defined schedule.

5. Monitor delivery of finished goods and take corrective actions when necessary.

6. Monitor and ensure timely replacement of plant filters according to defined frequencies.

7. Analyze market complaint products, identify root causes, and implement corrective action plans (CAPA).

8. Ensure product quality parameters meet required specifications.

9. Monitor and ensure water quality parameters as per defined testing frequency.

10. Prepare required solutions and reagents when necessary.

11. Monitor market return products and take appropriate corrective actions.

12. Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management as and when required.
