Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Supershop management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle sales targets and operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall operations of the supershop.
Supervise sales team, cashier, and floor staff.
Ensure proper product display, stock management, and inventory control.
Monitor daily sales and prepare sales reports.
Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
Coordinate with management and ensure smooth shop operations.
