Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology
• Diploma in Engineering in Food & Nutrition

Skills Required: Analytical Skill,Food quality control management,food Safety,Industrial & Production Engineering,Production Planning,Production/ Operation Management,Quality Management System,Reporting and Documentation

Additional Requirements:

• Age At most 35 years

• Vast knowledge on QC and Production.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Monitor and ensure in time production as far forecast.

• Solve any immediate problem occurred during production process.

• Calculate process time and flow chart from processing products.

• Prepare daily productivity report.

• Proper utilization of manpower and machineries to maximize production capacity.

• Ensure raw material quality prior to batch preparation for products.

• Perform in-process quality control as per quality plan.

• Conduct finished product testing, as per BDS and inhouse standard of products.

• Ensure compliance with personal hygiene, GMP, food safety and environmental monitoring.

• Ensure all laboratory equipment handling and calibration.

• Verify and monitor CIP parameters as per SOP.

• Must have strong problem solving and decision-making skills for process deviations and quality issues.
