Responsibilities & Context:
Distribution Management: Ensure timely product delivery from factory to distributor points and retail outlets.
Logistics Coordination: Monitor vehicle loading, transportation routes, and fleet management to ensure efficiency.
Sales Operation Alignment: Coordinate with Sales and distributions to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory at the warehouse or distribution point to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Operational Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on dispatch, damaged goods, delivery status, and operation KPIs.
Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to distribution, logistics, and field force management.
