• 1-2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Officer, or Sales Accountant in a manufacturing company (feed, FMCG, or related industry preferred). 
• Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.  

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). 
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
• Basic communication skills in English & Bengali.  

• Maintain accurate records of inventory (raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts). 

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials; ensure proper stock levels. 

• Prepare and update daily stock reports, consumption reports, and wastage reports. 

• Assist in sales accounting, including invoicing, sales records, and accounts receivable. 

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth operations. 

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies. 

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. 

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports related to inventory and sales. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
