Job Context

We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Control Room Engineer to monitor and control feed production processes, ensuring efficient operation, product quality, and maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all production activities from the central control room.

• Operate and supervise PLC, SCADA, HMI, batching, grinding, pelleting, and packing systems.

• Ensure feed production is carried out according to approved formulations and production plans.

• Monitor machine performance and process parameters to maintain product quality standards.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Raw Material Warehouse, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.

• Identify process abnormalities and take immediate corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Prepare daily production reports, machine performance reports, and shift handover reports.

• Monitor raw material consumption and finished feed output.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, biosecurity, safety, and company policies.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and reduce wastage.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a feed mill, food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.

• Experience in automated feed production systems will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of feed mill operations, batching, grinding, pelleting, and automation systems.

• Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
