  • Proficiency in ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office.

  • Good leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong coordination ability with production, sales, and logistics teams.

  • Ability to manage dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery.

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Candidates having experience in manufacturing or industrial companies will be preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Primitek Industries Limited is looking for a competent and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager –Store(Finished Goods). The incumbent will be responsible for managing finished goods inventory, warehouse operations, and dispatch activities while ensuring accurate stock control, proper documentation, and coordination with production, sales, and logistics teams. The role requires maintaining efficient storage, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies and ERP systems to support smooth operational performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely attendance of all staffs and total cleanliness, safety and security of the depot area.

  • Make SR 02 times in a day with proper abidance / Approval.

  • Ensure appropriate stock at depots and be prepared to meet any unforeseen.

  • Supervise stacking, racking and other arrangements of the store and as a whole responsible for total housekeeping.

  • Communicate delivery and stock related matters to HO distribution staffs.

  • Administrative control of the store staffs, performance evaluation and guide to increase the HR efficiency.

  • Responsible for daily Delivery VS Stock (short/excess delivery)

  • Carry out store development issues and perform any other task as assigned by manager dist (DIC).
