Key Responsibilities:

  • The Head of HR, Admin will oversee and lead the organizational Human Resource Management, Administration, and Compliance functions.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.

  • Formulate, implement and monitor HR and administrative policies aligned with company goals and statutory regulations.

  • Will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

  • Fostering employee relations, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

  • The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and the ability to align people strategy with business goals.
