• Candidates should have PGDHRM/MPHRM qualified from any reputed University/ Institution.

• Candidates having 3rd division or CGPA below 2.50 in any academic track are disqualified to apply.

• The applicant should have 15 to 20 years of practical experience in Admin & HR related arenas including senior leadership position in a reputed organization.
• Experience in Admin & HR related activities in hospital service will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

• The Head of HR, Admin will oversee and lead the organizational Human Resource Management, Administration, and Compliance functions.

• Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.

• Formulate, implement and monitor HR and administrative policies aligned with company goals and statutory regulations.

• Will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

• Fostering employee relations, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

• The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and the ability to align people strategy with business goals.
