Responsibilities & Context:

1. Technical Feasibility Analysis: 

  • Review customer-submitted information; prepare questionnaire/checklist to gather data for loan assessment.

  • Conduct site visits to evaluate infrastructure, technology and operational conditions.

  • Assess project technologies to assess capacity, efficiency, necessity, challenges and practicality.

  • Verify specifications, types and quantities of proposed machinery/technology.

  • Evaluate infrastructural facilities including gas, water, electricity and communication availability.

  • Analyze project plans, layouts, designs and drawings.

  • Estimate appropriate construction size, type and analyze Bill of Quantity (BOQ).

  • Assess raw material availability to meet production targets and capacity utilization.

  • Inspect technical, environmental and social compliance aspects of the project.

2. Financial Viability Assessment:

  • Analyze Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and costs of machinery, utilities and infrastructure arrangements.

  • Prepare financial models to estimate project cost, cash flow, IRR and payback period (PBP).

  • Assess financial viability by evaluating all cost elements with practical considerations.

3. Implementation of Green Field Project/Expansion Project/ Operational Project:

  • Conduct site visits to assess implementation status and physical work progress.

  • Verify machinery, technology and project specifications.

  • Evaluate project operational performance.

  • Check the status of utilities and infrastructure in ongoing projects.

4. Stock Inspection & Assessment:

  • Conduct stock inspections for the borrowers of Corporate, ME & CMSE segments.

  • Review submitted stock reports, calculate stock, Accounts Receivables, Payables, advances, transit values and prepare DP calculations.

  • Prepare inspection reports, procedures and policies to improve team outcomes and compliance readiness.

  • Plan and maintain monthly client visit schedules and monitor timely stock report submissions.

  • Provide guidance to borrowers and maintain effective communication to ensure accurate data.

  • Track monitoring initiatives (target vs. actual) and report collection percentages.

  • Maintain records with supporting data for internal and external audits.

  • Conduct team meetings, training and development sessions to enhance performance and address special issues.
