Responsibilities & Context:
* Lead and oversee the Portfolio Management Division and ensure effective portfolio strategy implementation.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients.
* Identify and acquire new clients to support Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
* Provide regular portfolio performance updates and investment outlook to clients.
* Coordinate effectively between clients, investment teams, and operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Support business development initiatives and contribute to revenue growth of the division.
* Ensure compliance with regulations of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission and internal policies.
