∎ Minimum 05 years of work experience in BSEC registered merchant bank.
∎ Proven track record of successfully completing of at least 3 (three) IPO’s.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead generation and client relationship management for IPO mandates
∎ Advise clients on suitable fund-raising instruments
∎ Conduct detailed due diligence of issuers
∎ Assist in restructuring companies as per regulatory and listing requirements
∎ Draft and prepare IPO prospectus, Information Memorandum, Right Offer Documents, etc.
∎ Coordinate and submit IPO applications to regulatory bodies with all required documents
∎ Liaise with BSEC, DSE, and CSE for approvals and formalities
∎ Ensure smooth execution of all IPO-related activities and post-listing compliance
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management
