Proven track record in leadership roles within securities, brokerage, investment, banking, or other financial institutions, with demonstrated expertise in managing portfolios of High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and institutional clients.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee investment strategy, portfolio management and merchant banking operations
Guide market intelligence, research, and forecasting activities to support informed strategic decisions.
Ensure effective risk management, governance oversight, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with regulators, stakeholders, and clients.
Lead organizational development and talent management while ensuring effective decision-making and strategic execution to achieve institutional objectives.
