Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the company’s strategic planning and business growth. Supervise overall brokerage and securities operations.
Ensure compliance with regulations of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange, Chittagong Stock Exchange, and Central Depository Bangladesh Limited.
Oversee financial performance, risk management, and cost control.
Maintain effective relationships with clients, regulators, stakeholders, and the Board.
