Candidate should be graduate/Post graduate preferably in Business discipline or any other relevant discipline from any recognized university.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Deposit/Fund collection of Bank/Financial Company is mandatory for this post.

Excellent communication skills with salesmanship aptitude.

Pro-active, ability to work under pressure, strong willingness for visit to different places & clients and willingness to accept challenges.

Computer skill is a must.

In-depth knowledge on Deposit/Fund collection.

Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve individual monthly Deposit/Fund collection target set by the management.

Ensure minimum client calls set by line manager, prepare and submit daily reports and collect required information and documents from prospective customers.

Make physical visit and maintain strong relationship with all existing customers to generate new business, retain existing deposits and provide superior customer service.

Maintain a sustainable growth of own Deposit portfolio by attaining monthly budget and customer retention.

Ensure genuineness of all documents collected from the clients and strict compliance of IIDFC's rules, regulations and HR policies.

Work closely with liability marketing functions in the company to improve overall deposit collection.

Ensure compliance to prevent money laundering.
