The prerequisite qualifications and requirements are given below:
- 3 (Three) years’ experience as DMD.
- Other qualification as mentioned in the SRO No. 375-Law/2012, dated 04th November 2012 & SRO No 338-Law/2023, Dated: 12th December 2023 and SRO No. 474 – Law/2025, Dated: 22 December 2025.
- Age: Not less than 45 years and not more than 60 years
- Experience: 15 years of experience in Life Insurance company

Proven track record as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) within a distinguished life insurance company is highly preferred, demonstrating expertise in managing and leading within the industry.
