• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Experience: At least 10 years’ working experience as head IT in any life Insurance company will be preferred.

• Must have development experience in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.

• Understanding of IT infrastructure domain (Server, Storage, Network, Email Service)

• Knowledge of Software Development Architecture, Software Development Life Cycle.

• Excellent capability of writing complex SQL queries. Must have experience writing PL/SQL block, Stored Procedures and Functions with knowledge of Indexing, Database normalization

Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited, a public listed company engaged in Life Insurance business on the basis of Islamic Shariah in the private sector is looking for Lead IT Infrastructure .

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise.

• Development of enterprise standards, technology architecture, and the IT operations governance process.

• Perform proper management of Server, Network, End-user Computing, Remote Access, Access-point, Antivirus, Storage, IP-PBX, FTP Server, and CCTV and ensure smooth connectivity with remote offices.

• Ensure schedule backup of Servers, Router, F/W, and Switch and ensure recovery in order to ensure quick service restoration.

• Configuration and management of Windows server, Linux Server, Oracle Database, Application server (Web logic).

• Deploy and troubleshooting LAN, including VLANs, VPN, Trucking, Ether Channel, VTP, STP, IP Routing (OSPF & BGP) and NAT.
