Having a minimum 20 years working experience in any Financial Institutions or Banks, in addition have 3-5 years continuous working experience in the top management.

The candidate is expected to work in a team concept to build up and lead an efficient and effective management team.

Terms of Reference (ToR)/ Responsibilities

• The job requires the qualities of overall leadership with a vision for transforming the institution into one of the largest financial institutions in the country.

• Organizing, Planning, Supervising and Executing the Operational Activities of the Company and achieving the business target set by the Company's Board of Directors.

• Monitoring, supervising and guiding the Management Team of the Company.

• Liaison with the regulatory authorities, such as the Bangladesh Bank and Securities Exchange Commission, our lenders such as Bank(s) / Financial Institution(s), Individuals and Corporate clients, Business houses and Company's Chairman and The Board of Directors.
