• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed university with Good academic records.

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in relevant field preferably in BANK/FI

• Good spoken and written command in English language.

• Should possess positive attitude & team spirit.

• Ability to work under pressure and to achieve set target.

• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Database: Deep expertise in SQL database architecture, performance optimization, backup and recovery, high availability, and database administration.

• Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues, perform bug fixing, and ensure smooth software operation.

• Core Banking System (CBS): Manage Core Banking System (CBS) configuration, administration, and optimization to ensure efficient system setup, performance, and business continuity.

• Disaster Recovery (DR) & Business Continuity: Design, implement, and rigorously test robust Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity solutions for Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring minimal Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) through Always On Availability Groups.

• IT Operations Management: Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring the continuous availability and optimal performance of servers, websites, in-house applications, and enterprise systems, with regular operational status reporting.

• IT Infrastructure Support & Maintenance: Manage the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems, software, hardware, printers, desktops, workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

• Network & Security Administration: Design, implement, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Internet connectivity, including network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and Unified Threat Management (UTM) solutions, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance network services.
