• Must have customer focused attitude.

• Must have ability to book new customers and maintain the existing ones.

• Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.

• Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.

• Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.

• Lead and oversee the overall credit functions of the Branch while ensuring achievement of the Branch's credit business objectives in line with the Bank's policies and targets.

• Manage and grow the branch's credit portfolio by achieving assigned lending targets while maintaining asset quality and profitability.

• Evaluate, appraise, and process credit proposals in compliance with the Bank's Credit Policy, Bangladesh Bank regulations, and internal guidelines.

• Ensure sound credit risk assessment, proper documentation, timely disbursement, and continuous monitoring of credit facilities.

• Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and take proactive measures for recovery and risk mitigation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, SME, and commercial clients to expand quality lending opportunities.

• Coordinate with Branch, Head Office, and relevant stakeholders for timely approval, processing, and administration of credit facilities.

• Deliver superior customer service by providing appropriate financial solutions and ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries.

• Maintain the highest standards of compliance, integrity, and operational excellence while performing any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
