Digital Business Strategy & Innovation

• Drive the roadmap, enhancement, and business growth of mobile banking platform.

• Participate in all bank-wide digital innovation initiatives, working closely with technical and business teams for seamless execution.

• Lead digital initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

• Analyze customer feedback and digital app usage data to identify areas for improvement.

• Implement initiatives to enhance the overall digital experience for customers.

Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

• Identify, optimize, and streamline digital and operational processes to ensure faster service delivery and minimal manual dependency.

• Improve internal digital workflows for better TAT, automation, and consistency across channels.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital banking and fintech.

• Analyze competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and partnership opportunities.

Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:

• Ensure all partnership activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Work closely with the compliance department to manage risks associated with partnerships.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital app or web operations.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Cards, Retail, Remittance, and other business units to deliver cohesive digital solutions.

• Provide business leadership on technology projects, ensuring business goals translate effectively into system design.
