Key Responsibilities:
Develop long term workforce planning aligned with strategic business priorities.
Drive leadership succession programs and high potentials pipeline.
Design and roll out HR technology, such as HRIS and employee self service portals.
Lead employer branding, talent acquisition campaigns, and campus outreach initiatives.
Oversee employee engagement programs—including surveys, town halls, and recognition schemes.
Guide compensation benchmarking, reward structures, and performance link pay frameworks.
Ensure labor law compliance, workplace safety & regulatory reporting.
Coach executives on leadership development, performance culture, change leadership.
Leverage HR analytics for attrition analysis, headcount planning & predictive workforce modeling.
Serve as senior advisor across executive committees on organizational design, restructuring and transformation.
