• At least three years of experience in a similar field or in diverse roles across credit underwriting and credit product management.

• Strong understanding of Banking fundamentals, products, compliance, and risk mitigation.

• Analytical proficiency in evaluating Credit proposals following the bank’s policies.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Proficient in customer service orientation, self-motivation, and deadline adherence.

• Strong knowledge in the management of core risks, credit/credit risk analysis and administration complying with credit/credit policy guidelines of Banks.

• Evaluate and review all Credit proposals and recommend appropriate debt-structure for approval.

• Analyze clients' financial status & evaluating creditworthiness and risks using essential financial indicators.

• Identify, address potential risk factors and calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit/credit scores and interest rates) to ensure sound credit decisions.

• Ensure adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements throughout the evaluation process.

• Analyzing risks and approve or reject loan requests.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives in collaboration with other stakeholders and setting up payment plans.

• Preparing and timely submitting of all kinds of related statement to the concerned authorities.

• Monitor portfolio trends, conduct overdue analyses, and report insights.

• Attend and facilitate meetings as required and maintaining updated records of loan application.
