Education:

1. Graduation/Masters/MBA from any recognized university
2. Diploma in Islamic Banking and relevant CIPA, CSAA Professional degree will be treated as additional

• Age 28 to 38 years

1. Minimum 03 - 06 years’ Banking experience having exposure in Islamic Banking, depending on the position applied for
2. Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate.
3. Incumbent should have had exposure to the Islamic Banking
4. Dedicated, self-motivated and flexible with result driven
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Customer-centricity, result-oriented

1. Demonstrate and present all types of Bank`s product to the potential customer
2. Maintain effective business relationship with Bank`s customer and cross-selling approach Sourcing, managing and coordinating sales and service related activities
3. Contribute to the profit maximization of the window
4. Deposit/assets attrition management
5. Achieve business targets as assigned
6. Continuously identifying areas of improvement and Initiate action wherein necessary for Branch business growth Comply with internal policies & procedures and external & regulatory requirements, Bangladesh Bank
7. Guidelines/instructions and that all internal and external audit recommendations
8. Provide high quality and one stop service to customers
9. Reporting jobs/activities as guided by Window In-charge
10. Stay Alert against Money Laundering
11. Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management
