Experience:

• At least 3 years

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognized university.

• No third division/class in any academic examination will be accepted.

• In compliance with the applicable circulars/instructions of Bangladesh Bank, successful completion of the required Banking Professional Examination (JAIBB/AIBB, as applicable) is mandatory for consideration of an offer at the next job grade.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Age At most 40 years

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Good understanding of Debit and Prepaid Card business.

• Knowledge of card products and digital payment ecosystem.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Good business development and portfolio management skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in Debit/Prepaid Cards, Digital Payments, Payment Schemes, Fintech or Card Product Management will be preferred.

The position will support the continued growth of the Debit and Prepaid Card portfolio by focusing on portfolio management, product development, customer acquisition, card activation, transaction growth, revenue generation, campaigns, strategic partnerships and digital payment adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end management of the Debit & Prepaid Card portfolio.

• Accelerate new Debit & Prepaid Card product development and launches.

• Enhance existing products through continuous feature and value proposition improvements.

• Increase New Customer Acquisition (NCA), card activation and portfolio growth.

• Drive card spending, Annual Fee and Interchange Revenue (IRF) income.

• Improve the POS-to-ATM transaction ratio by promoting digital payment adoption.

• Increase Cards-to-CASA penetration through strategic initiatives.

• Design and execute customer acquisition, activation, retention and spend campaigns.

• Manage strategic partnerships with payment schemes, fintechs and other stakeholders.

• Monitor portfolio performance, generate business insights and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
