• Masters

• Master's degree from a recognized private or public university.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance

• Age At least 30 years

• Minimum 10 years' experience in the life insurance industry and/or at least 10 years in banking experience at a senior managerial level.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Proven ability to achieve business targets and manage strategic banking partnerships.
