Responsibilities & Context:

The position will be responsible for strengthening portfolio governance, strategic planning and project management while driving product innovation, data-driven decision-making and profitability enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies aligned with the Bank's business objectives.

• Manage portfolio performance through customer segmentation, pricing, credit limit optimization and profitability analysis.

• Monitor business performance, customer behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, digital payment projects and product enhancement programmes.

• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies and strategic proposals for new products and initiatives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders and technology partners to ensure successful project delivery.

• Drive product innovation by leveraging customer insights, emerging payment technologies and industry best practices.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and Payment Scheme guidelines.

• Prepare management reports, business dashboards, strategic presentations and Board papers.

• Monitor strategic KPIs, project progress and portfolio performance while providing actionable business insights.

• Support business planning, budgeting, governance, audit and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
