Experience:
Work experience in an audit Firm / financial institution/investments bank, particularly in finance & accounts.

Ability to form relationships with counterparts and mid-level clients and stakeholders in the capital market.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
Fluency in English is required.
Analyze financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS), the Income Tax Act, VAT regulations, the Companies Act 1994, BSEC rules & regulations and other applicable Bangladeshi statutory requirements.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of financial statements and supporting documentation to assess accuracy, reliability, financial soundness, and overall reporting quality of the clients.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of debt securities issuance and public offerings under both the Fixed Price Method and Book Building Method, under relevant BSEC rules, notifications and regulations, including transaction structuring, regulatory compliance, and execution strategies.
Evaluate prospective clients to ensure compliance and competitiveness in the capital market and any corporate dealings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C- level clients, regulators, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and transaction execution.
Assistance in drafting and finalizing prospectuses, due diligence reports, regulatory submissions, and related transaction documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Guide clients in establishing and maintaining compliance frameworks and documentation related to financial statements and reporting, ensuring adherence to applicable capital market regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Perform financial modelling, share valuation, industry assessments & analysis, and earnings forecasts to support pricing decisions and offer structuring for capital market transactions.
Assistance in preparation and coordination all IPO marketing materials, including draft prospectuses, investor presentations, roadshow materials, and regulatory updates required throughout the offering process.
Assistance in supervision of post-issue activities, ensuring timely regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, and fulfillment of obligations following listing.
Coordinate with issuers and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submission of all reports and disclosures in relation to capital market-related work as required under applicable securities laws and regulations.
