Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of capital market operations, brokerage services, and securities trading.

• Sound understanding of BSEC, DSE, CSE, and CDBL rules and regulatory requirements.

• Proven ability to achieve branch business targets and lead high-performing teams.

• Have knowledge in stock brokerage operations, CDBL operations, portfolio management & capital market operations.

• Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and brokerage/trading software.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities & Context:

Benemoy Securities Ltd. is a leading brokerage firm dedicated to providing reliable investment solutions, exceptional client service, and innovative brokerage services in Bangladesh's capital market. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and experienced Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the branch to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant business activities.

• Achieve branch business targets through client acquisition, revenue generation, and portfolio growth.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual investors, institutional clients, and business partners.

• Supervise day-to-day trading operations, customer services, account opening, BO account management, and branch administration.

• Ensure full compliance with the rules, regulations, and directives of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL), and company policies.

• Monitor daily trading activities, branch performance, operational risks, and client transactions.

• Prepare and submit Daily Transaction Reports, Branch Performance Reports, Compliance Reports, and other management reports accurately and on time.

• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase the branch's customer base and trading volume.

• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

• Lead, motivate, and supervise branch employees to achieve individual and branch performance goals.

• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding operations, compliance, finance, and business development activities.

• Monitor market trends and provide clients with relevant market updates and investment information within regulatory guidelines.

• Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance, and adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
