Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from UGC approved universities having no 3rd class/division in academic records.      

• Candidate having minimum 16 years of schooling will be eligible.

• Membership in the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) is an added advantage.

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 27 years

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in in civil engineering, construction supervision, project management or facility management.       

• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a commercial bank, financial institutions or corporate infrastructure project. 

• Plan, supervise, and monitor construction, renovation, remodeling, repair, and maintenance works of branches, sub-branches, ATM booths, corporate offices, training centers and other bank facilities.

• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates and scope of work for procurement and project implementation.

• Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments and prepare technical reports and recommendations.

• Supervise contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

• Verify measurements, certify work completion and recommend contractor bills for payment.

• Coordinate with Procurement, ICT, Administration, Finance, Branches and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.

• Assist in tender preparation, technical evaluation of bids, vendor assessment and contract administration.

• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of bank premises and recommend cost-effective improvement solutions.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), fire safety regulations, environmental guidelines and other applicable laws.

• Maintain engineering drawings, project documentation, completion certificates, warranties and maintenance records.

• Participate in emergency maintenance activities and provide engineering support whenever required.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management of the Bank.
