• 1–3 years of experience in a relevant field. Experience in Bancassurance, insurance products, or related banking operations will be considered an advantage.

• Training from the Bangladesh Insurance Academy or any other insurance-related certification will be considered an added advantage.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Effective presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bangla.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Context
Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented professional for the position of Associate – Bancassurance Unit, Retail Banking Division. The role is responsible for supporting day-to-day Bancassurance operations through MIS management, operational coordination, documentation, and communication with internal stakeholders and insurance partners to ensure efficient business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day Bancassurance operations by coordinating with internal business teams, insurance partners, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain and update Bancassurance MIS, databases, dashboards, reconciliation records, and other business data to support routine reporting and monitoring.

• Maintain physical documentation and ensure proper record management of Bancassurance-related documents.

• Assist in responding to basic product and process-related queries from business channels and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when required.

• Develop a working knowledge of Bancassurance products and assist in communicating product information to business channels.

• Coordinate follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of Bancassurance activities.

• Provide administrative and operational support for the day-to-day activities of the Bancassurance Unit.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
