Benemoy Securities Limited, a reputed full-service brokerage house providing a wide range of capital market services under the supervision of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), is seeking a visionary and highly experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The ideal candidate will lead the company’s strategic direction, oversee all operational and regulatory functions, and drive sustainable business growth while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, governance, and client service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute the company’s strategic business plan in alignment with board directives and market opportunities.

  • Oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions of the brokerage house.

  • Ensure strict compliance with BSEC, DSE, CSE, and CDBL rules and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (Trading, Sales, Credit, Compliance, Research, and IT) toward business excellence.

  • Develop and implement effective business growth and client acquisition strategies.

  • Supervise trading operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and risk control.

  • Represent the company before regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and stakeholders.

  • Maintain transparent communication with the Board of Directors and submit periodic performance and compliance reports.

  • Monitor financial health, credit exposure, and profitability; ensure prudent fund management.

  • Enhance brand reputation through ethical practices, corporate governance, and client satisfaction.

  • Ensure operational automation, data security, and adoption of modern capital market technologies.
