Responsibilities & Context:
Drive branch business growth by achieving assigned targets for deposits, loans, profitability, and other business objectives.
Lead and manage overall branch operations while ensuring excellence in customer service, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and the community to expand the Bank's business portfolio.
Ensure effective portfolio management, credit quality, risk control, and recovery of classified assets.
Oversee branch administration, cash management, security, and adherence to internal policies, Bangladesh Bank regulations, and AML/CFT guidelines.
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop branch employees to build a high-performing and customer-centric team.
Promote the Bank's products and services through proactive marketing, cross-selling, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Foster a culture of integrity, compliance, service excellence, and continuous business improvement while performing any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
