  Achieve sustainable business growth by meeting assigned targets for deposits, loans, agricultural finance, CMSME, and other business objectives.

• Lead and manage overall branch operations, ensuring operational excellence, superior customer service, and full compliance with regulatory and Bank policies.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with entrepreneurs, local businesses, institutions, and communities to expand the Bank's rural business portfolio.

• Promote financial inclusion by expanding outreach, acquiring new customers, and marketing the Bank's products and digital banking services.

• Ensure sound credit administration, portfolio quality, risk management, and timely recovery of classified and overdue loans.

• Oversee branch administration, cash management, security, and adherence to Bangladesh Bank regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and internal controls.

• Lead, mentor, and develop branch employees to build a high-performing, customer-focused, and business-driven team.

• Foster a culture of integrity, service excellence, business development, and continuous improvement while carrying out any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
