Job Context:
MARS FINANCIAL AND LEGAL CONSULTANTY (MARS FLC) is an international standard legal solution-based Contact Point Verification and debt recovery agency as well as Law Firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise CPV team operations for Credit Card and Loan verification.
Ensure all verification activities comply with Bank policies, KYC guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor case allocation, field verification, report quality, and TAT/SLA performance.
Review and approve verification reports before submission to the Bank's Credit/Risk team.
Identify discrepancies, fraud risks, and policy violations and report to management.
Train and guide team members to maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.
Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with Bank Credit, Risk, and Operations teams for smooth processing.
