∎ Typing speed: Minimum Bangla-30 words and English-35 words per minute.
∎ Email Communication skills.
∎ Presentation skills.

∎ Evaluate your staffs’ performance in every month including yourself and submit report upon evaluation to hire Authority.
∎ Plan, organize, execute and supervise implementation of goals.
∎ Supervise, motivate and monitor team performance.
