Job Context:

∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Mirpur 1)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large number of outgoing calls to foreign customers in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "Script" while handling different clients.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Giving reminder to the customer for his dues.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Create and update electronic records of clients.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Have the ability to manage the team and the achieved the objective of the management.
∎ Maintains and improves call center operations by a monitoring system.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the related area(s):

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months probation.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
∎ Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
∎ Must Have a Smart Phone.
