∎ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in debt collection and Contact Point Verification.
∎ Well Communication skill in English (Written & Speaking)
∎ Conduct meeting with valued clients like Bank, Financial Institution
∎ Typing speed: Minimum Bangla-30 words and English-35 words per minute
∎ Email Communication skills
∎ Presentation skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage a team to achieve agreed business target.
∎ Create and maintain effective business relationship with the business stakeholder especially with Banks, Financial Institutions.
∎ Ensure clients services within agreed time frame.
∎ Evaluate your staffs’ performance in every month including yourself and submit report upon evaluation to hire Authority.
∎ Plan, organize, execute and supervise implementation of goals.
∎ Supervise, motivate and monitor team performance.
