Education:

• Master`s/Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or 3.75 out of 5 (or equivalent) from a reputed university.

• Age At most 32 years

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

• Maximum 32 years of age as of 20 August 2026.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Attractive compensation package with an initial gross salary of BDT 84,000.

• Upon completion of two years of service, the MTOs will be promoted to Senior Officer with a salary of BDT 112,000 per month.
