Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
Proactively lead team to achieve sales target and run sales campaigns time to time.
Monitor and keep track on the sales team's field visits and file submission activities.
Ensure customer support for smooth delivery of credit cards.
Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Train and develop the sales team to enhance performance.
Conduct regular sales calls and market visits to identify new credit card business.
