• At least 5 years of banking experience with significant exposure in Branch Managerial role.

Job Purpose:

The Branch Head will be accountable for the overall management, profitability, and smooth functioning of the branch, including business development, customer relationship management, risk control, and team leadership, in line with Bangladesh Bank regulations and the bank's internal policies.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business growth targets, ensuring superior customer service in compliance with Bangladesh Bank and internal policies.

• Implement strategic plans and ensure smooth day-to-day branch banking operations.

• Supervise and control all branch activities to ensure efficiency and service quality.

• Manage branch-level regulatory and compliance matters to effectively mitigate operational risks.
