Experience Requirement

• Treasury related work experience in Banks for 5 years.

Preferrable Skill-set:

• Conversant on interest rate and exchange rate movements of different Treasury products.

• Translate market signals and act accordingly.

• Good rapport amongst inter-bank market participants and with regulators.

Job Purpose:

To manage ALM & Interbank Dealing Activities for the Bank within the framework of Bank’s policies, Bangladesh Bank, foreign exchange regulation.

The Primary responsibilities are:

1. Local Currency (LCY) Management

   • Local currency fund flow

   • Manage & maintain CRR & SLR

2. Money Market Dealing (interbank market)

3. Foreign Currency (FCY) Management

4. Foreign Exchange (FX) Dealing (interbank & corporate)

5. Balance Sheet Management & etc.

• Negotiable. Will depend on individual expertise and competencies.
