• Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L and portfolio analysis.

• Knowledge of credit card products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.

• Advance knowledge of MS Office Package and AI tools.

• Develop and implement new products, processes, and policies for the Card Division.

• Review and update existing products, processes, and policies to align with market needs and regulatory requirements.

• Design and manage promotional campaigns to drive card acquisition and usage.

• Conduct portfolio analysis and management to optimize performance and profitability.

• Perform Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis for card products and recommend improvement measures.

• Perform market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.

• Manage branding and communication initiatives for card products.

• Coordinate with internal divisions and external vendors for product launches and enhancements.

• Liaison with Card Network Team.

• Business requirement preparation, project co-ordination and ensure timely completion of card and payment related project.
