• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance

• Age At least 35 years

• Minimum 05 years experience in related field.

• The applicants should have experience in Business Development and Corporate Sales of Group Insurance.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to take action in unusual interruption.

• Habitual in verbal and written communication skill .

• Ability to travel anytime to anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Ability to work under pressure.

Job Context:

• The applicant who is very enthusiastic, motivated, organized, passionate about the life insurance sector. Interested people must be capable to buildup relationships with various client and fulfill his sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible as In-charge of Group Insurance Department.

• Identify new corporate clients for Group Insurance product.

• Maintain relationship and provide customer service to existing clients. 

• Increase new business area.

• Deal with clients about business products and facilities/benefits.

• Develop internal product policy.  

• Develop sales policy strategic plan.

• Carry out any other task assigned by the management.

Employment status:  Full time(Indoor & Outdoor).

Workplace: Work at office and field both.
