BBA / B.Sc. / Honours in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related discipline from a reputed university with no Third Division/Class; Master’s degree will be given preference.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Money Market, or Investment in Banks or Financial Institutions.·
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Bank regulations related to ALM practices.
Strong analytical ability with a good understanding of financial markets and treasury products.
Proficiency in computer applications and core banking / treasury systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a dynamic treasury environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Asset Liability Management (ALM) activities, including managing balance sheet gaps, monitoring liquidity and market factors, preparing interest rate and market forecasts, and ensuring effective ALCO decision-making.
Analyze key market, bank, and treasury data; prepare and present comprehensive ALCO reports, monthly papers, and PowerPoint presentations to senior management.
Record ALCO decisions, prepare meeting minutes, ALCO Pack and ensure timely execution of ALCO-approved strategies across the Bank’s balance sheet.
