ACCA part qualified preferred.               

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics. 

Previous Banking/FX Market/Capital Market experience is  desirable.

Clear communication.

Time management.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm in a difficult situation, whilst coming up with an appropriate solution.

Proactive approach.

Manage daily deal & funding reconciliation.



Responsibilities & Context:

Monitor the FX market (USD/GBP/Euro) on a regular basis & keep a record of the FX market.

Review FX market news & take part in the team discussion on FX market movement.

Communicate with the corresponding Bank & collect the daily rates for BSEL.

Make deal with the corresponding banks for the daily remittance volume target.

Update daily treasury book/ deal & fund book.

Check the current market rate of competitors and collect them and set up the daily market offer rate and update the rate in our system.

Send an email for each deal to the corresponding Bank.

Create a bucket in Remit ERP according to the deal.

Take an update from the collection team regarding the previous day’s collection of funds and check the total availability of funds.

Prepare a daily funding plan according to the deal with different banks & remain bucket balance.

Prepare the breakdown of the cover fund sent to BBL and mail it

Arrange to send cover funds to other banks and mail them.

Create various buckets (dummy & real) in the system

Process transactions to the corresponding banks for timely payout.

Transaction cancellation and Process transactions.

Fund Transfer entry and balance adjustment entry in the system.

Support ad hoc requests for reports as required.
