Responsibilities & Context:

Receiving our IP/Whatʼs app phone call.

Process agent & RemitNGO transactions.

Helping agents and customers regarding ERP & RemitNGO transaction issues.

Collect daily market rate.

Check daily mail & WhatsApp message & replying accordingly.

Execute Financial Crime Prevention Measures.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance.

Manage Suspicious Activity Reporting.

Resolve Customer Inquiries and Complaints.

Support Operational Continuity

Communicate with the Corresponding Bank regarding payment status

Receiving quotation & creating telephonic online transactions.

Other duties as assigned by your Line Manager.
