Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking

• Age At least 24 years

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in money transfer, remittance, agent sales support or customer service.Strong relationship management, sales follow-up and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Good spoken and written English.

• Experience supporting overseas agent networks is an advantage.

• Ability to communicate in the Sylheti dialect is preferred.

• Coordinate agent onboarding, compliance submissions, training and activation follow-ups.

• Train new agents on LMS and ERP, helping them complete their first transaction and build activity during the first 30, 60 and 90 days.

• Monitor assigned agents’ sales value, transaction counts and utilisation against agreed targets.

• Follow up with inactive and underperforming agents, identify challenges and record agreed actions.

• Monitor agent balances and available transaction limits, coordinating funding and additional-limit requests with relevant teams.

• Resolve agent enquiries, transaction issues and system problems through effective internal coordination.

• Analyse revenue and costs to assess profitability and identify opportunities for improvement.

•  Monitor and compare competitors’ pricing to understand BSEL’s market position.

• Recommend pricing strategies to strengthen BSEL’s competitiveness while maintaining profitability.

• Maintain accurate contact logs, provide daily updates and weekly performance reports, and escalate outstanding issues to the Team Leader.
